She holds the distinction of having been a Head Coach for Omar Periu International. Omar Periu is one of the top motivational speakers in the world.
She represents the human element on the Advisory Board of an Italian software company, authors numerous articles for industry newsletters, and is a much sought after dynamic, vibrant, internationally prominent keynote speaker.
For 10 years prior to starting her own organization, Rosanne had responsibility for marketing, budgeting, promoting and ultimately producing domestic and international computerized trade shows in the US, London, Belgium, and Frankfurt. She inaugurated, created, trained and directed a telemarketing on-site staff and was one of the first 150 people to attain CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification. (I might add that she sat for the certification exam the day before she got married and her boss was the proctor at her exam!)
She spent her entire career in corporate America with her red fingernails, her purple eye shadow and her amazing ability to wake people up and help them find their humanness.
She has created a lifestyle for herself that was not even a possibility in her parents’ imagination. She visited the Dominican Republic 30 years ago for a long weekend and fell in love with the country, the people, the beaches and she said to herself, I’m going to live and work here someday.
Someday came, slowly at first, a month a year, to 3 months a year, to where it is now 7 months and 5 months. She has spoken at conferences in Santo Domingo, the capital, and works with ease in both countries. One could say she has the best of both worlds…because she does.
She has grown children and a 26 year old granddaughter and has become a role model for what is possible.
Her latest contribution to the world is the memoir she’s written, Pain, Pumpernickel & Profound Forgiveness. It’s a winner with over 100 amazing reviews.
